My teacher career started 1994. Since 2002 I have worked in the Teacher Training School teaching and guiding the teaching practice periods of teacher students. Between 2013-15, 2016-19 I worked as the university lecturer in the Department of Applied Educational Sciences and Teacher Education. That time I had opportunity to take part in the Fulbright summer program 2017 6 weeks held by New York University. Program was called Multinational International American Studies. I am member in research and development team of our school unit and networked nationally through ten Finnish Teacher Training Schools. My topical research subject is teacher students´ sources of self-efficacy and enjoyment of study.
